Start with three hair sections: top, middle and bottom. Start at the bottom and curl with the Kenneth Bernard Vibe flat iron, going upwards but alternating with left and right curl directions.
After that run your hands through all the curl. Use a bit of texture spray and scrunch up.
Take hair from the other side of the part. Use the section from the top of the ear up. Twist once and pin. Finish with hairspray, we like the Joico Flip Turn Finishing Spray.
Brush through the curl and backcomb the entire top, leaving the two front sections out from the top of the ear forward.
In the back of the head, section hair as one full section. Take the one side, twist and pin. Take the other side, twist and pin.
Backcomb the curl slightly. Bunch it up and pin. Ball it up and place it on the head as a big bun and pin on the head to secure.
With the two front sections twist backwards. Take one section, twist and loosely pull out a little bit of the twist. Place overtop the bun and pin. Do the same with the other section. Finish with the Joico Flip Turn Finishing Spray.
