Makeover Challenge 2015 Finalists

Chatters annual Makeover Challenge is a national competition in which hundreds of Chatters stylists from across the chain get a chance to have their work featured on the cover of Canadian Hairdresser magazine. There were over 290 entries this year from 237 stylists! With Chatters Symposium 2016 coming up in October, we are getting excited for Chatters annual Makeover Challenge! Here are the 12 finalists from 2015.

The winner of this year’s Makeover Challenge Competition is Eric Marc De Leon from Chatters Stoneycreek in Fort McMurray, Alberta! Eric wins $1,000 in styling tools from Chatters Salon, plus an all-expense paid trip to the Redken Exchange in Toronto. Eric went to Montreal for a photoshoot with Joan Harrison from Canadian Hairdresser plus mentoring from Redken elite stylist Sean Godard. Eric will also have one of his styles featured on the cover of Canadian Hairdresser magazine in 2016.

Second place goes to Rolando Bautista from Chatters Whitemud Meadows in Edmonton, Alberta! Rolando also has won $1,000 in Chatters Salon styling tools, and accompanied Eric on a trip to Montreal to participate in a photoshoot with Canadian Hairdresser which includes mentoring from Sean Godard.

The People’s Choice Award is chosen by fellow stylists and this year’s winner is Nixon Padios from Chatters Sevenoaks in Abbotsford, BC! Nixon won $1,000 in Chatters Salon styling tools, plus $300 towards additional Redken Education. Nixon also enjoyed an all-expenses paid trip to Montreal to participate in the photoshoot with Canadian Hairdresser with mentoring from Sean Godard.
